PRODUCT & QUALITY
CBD (cannabidiol) is a natural compound extracted from the hemp plant. Unlike THC, it does not have psychoactive effects (“high”). It is valued for its relaxing properties and its ability to promote a sense of balance and general well-being in the body.
Yes, 100%. All our products strictly comply with EU regulations, with a THC content below 0.20%. They are derived from certified European hemp varieties and are legal for purchase and possession throughout the European Union.
The difference lies in their composition:
Fullspectrum: Contains all the plant’s phytocompounds, including THC (< 0.20%). This synergy is known as the “entourage effect” and maximizes its effectiveness.
Broadspectrum: Includes all the beneficial compounds except for THC, which is completely removed (0.0%).
Isolate: It is the purest powder form, containing only 99% CBD and nothing else. Ideal for those who exclusively desire the effects of cannabidiol.

PROPER USE & SELECTION TIPS
It’s simple to use. Use the dropper to place the desired number of drops directly under your tongue. Hold them for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. This sublingual method allows for faster and more effective absorption.
There is no universal dosage. Our advice is always: “Start low and go slow.” Try with 2-3 drops, 1-2 times a day, and observe how your body responds. If necessary, you can gradually increase the dose to find your ideal balance.
The percentage indicates the concentration of CBD or CBG in the bottle, not the quality. A 20% oil contains twice the amount of CBD or CBG per drop compared to a 10% oil. Higher concentrations are more potent and allow you to take the same amount of CBD or CBG with fewer drops. Beginners should start with lower percentages.
CBD creams are for topical use. Apply a small amount of the product directly to the affected area of the skin and massage gently until fully absorbed. You can repeat the application 2-3 times a day as needed.

We ship orders quickly! Orders are processed in less than 24 business hours. As stated in our GTC, delivery to countries within the European Union typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. A detailed email with all the necessary information will be sent to you as soon as your order is completed.
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in anonymous packages that are sturdy and have no logos or references to the contents. No one else will know the contents of your package, only you, the person who placed the order.
SAFETY, LEGALITY, & SUPPORT
CBD is generally well-tolerated. Side effects are rare and mild. If you are taking other medications or have pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend that you consult your doctor before using CBD products.
Some of our products contain traces of THC (<0.20%). Although unlikely, regular use could theoretically lead to a positive result on sensitive tests. If this is a concern, we recommend our CBG Flowers, Broad Spectrum CBD or CBG Oil or Isolate products, which are completely THC-free.
Laws regarding THC and driving vary by country and tend to be strict. Since our Full Spectrum products may contain trace amounts of THC, we strongly recommend avoiding driving after use. Alternatively, consider selecting our completely THC-free products for added safety and peace of mind. Please check your local regulations to ensure compliance. Safety is our top priority.
Your satisfaction is important. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days. As specified in our GTC, we accept the return of goods that are intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they were defective upon arrival.
