These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) outline your rights and obligations when purchasing products from Green Spirits, owned by Orgena SA and registered at Stradon 116, CH-6557 Cama (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller” or “Green Spirits”). These terms apply to all orders, visits, and subscriptions made through our website, in accordance with Swiss law.

Green Spirits is a registered trademark of Orgena SA, a legal entity with its registered office located at Stradon 116, CH-6557 Cama, Switzerland. For additional information, please refer to our “Impressum” section available on our site.
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge and accept these GTC. Any changes to these terms must be confirmed in writing by Green Spirits. Should any clause be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in effect.
3. Product Availability & Offers
The products displayed in our online store are offered as part of a non-binding catalog. While we strive to maintain stock levels, we cannot guarantee the constant availability of every item. In instances where a product is out of stock, we will make arrangements with our suppliers. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund. Substitutions will only occur for products of equal or higher value, with immediate notification provided to the customer.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The following shipping methods are available for orders placed on www.greenspirits.eu.
All base prices are calculated in CHF and converted to EUR for display on www.greenspirits.eu. The converted prices may vary slightly due to exchange rates.
Free Shipping: automatically applies for orders over CHF 99.1 via tracked delivery.
Priority Mail: CHF 8.90 (orders ≤ CHF 49.5).
Standard Pack: CHF 13.90 (orders ≤ CHF 49.5); CHF 9.90 (orders CHF 49.5 – 99.1).
Signature Pack: CHF 19.90 (orders ≤ CHF 49.5); CHF 16.90 (orders CHF 49.5 – 99.1); optional: CHF 9.20 (orders over CHF 99.1).
Store Pick-Up: free of charge; available within 1-2 business days at our warehouse by appointment.
Orders over CHF 99.1 benefit from free shipping within Europe. For orders under this amount, shipping fees are applied based on weight, volume, and import requirements.
Shipments are made exclusively within Europe and comply with THC regulations of each country. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses; any errors will result in the Buyer being liable for associated refund costs.
Deliveries are generally fulfilled within 3 – 4 business days, though arrival at the final destination may take up to 10 business days. Greenspirits cannot be held responsible for delivery delays except in cases of gross negligence.
Customers residing in Switzerland are encouraged to visit www.greenspirits.ch. for products compliant with Swiss THC levels (≤ 0.99%), with a shipping time of 1 – 2 working days.
4.1 Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Risk
Delivery is considered completed when the carrier updates its tracking system to confirm delivery. Depending on local rules and the carrier’s procedures, delivery may occur without a direct signature from the recipient. Examples include leaving the parcel in a secure location, at the building reception, in common areas, at a parcel shop, or with a logistics partner authorized to receive the package on behalf of the recipient (Power of Attorney).
As established by EU consumer law, the customer is regarded as having received the goods once they, or an authorized person, take possession. From that point, the risk and responsibility for the shipment pass to the Customer. The Seller is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
Customers should contact the carrier directly in case of delivery issues or discrepancies. Any alternative delivery method without signature is valid only if it complies with local regulations and the carrier’s terms of service.
All shipping methods listed in section 4 are subject to the same rules regarding delivery confirmation and transfer of risk. This includes Priority Mail, Standard Pack, Signature Pack, Free Shipping, and Store Pick-Up.
5. Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT and applicable shipping charges. For pre-paid orders, dispatch will occur only once payment has been confirmed as received. Payment options include bank transfer and cryptocurrencies. Bank transfer or cryptocurrencies instructions will be provided at the completion of your order. The Buyer will be responsible for any processing fees related to delays or missed payments.
Bank Transfer
Buyers can pay via bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions, including bank account information and the order reference number, will be provided immediately upon order completion. Please note that transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank. Orders will be processed and shipped only after the full payment has been received and confirmed. By selecting this payment method, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our General Terms & Conditions.
Digital Currencies
Payment via Cryptocurrency
. We accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce. Payments are final and confirmed once the blockchain transaction is validated. Chargebacks or reversals are not possible. By selecting this payment method, you confirm that you have read and accepted Coinbase Commerce’s Terms of Service and in addition to our own General Terms & Conditions.

6. Return & Refund Policy
Buyers may return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Please note that due to the nature of hemp-based products, certain hygiene and safety restrictions may apply to returns.
7. Retention of Title
The products delivered remain the property of Green Spirits until full payment has been received. Should a default occur, the Buyer agrees to return the goods at their expense.
8. Defects & Warranty
After receiving the goods, the Buyer must inspect the products immediately and report any defects within seven business days. If a defect is confirmed, the Buyer must return the defective items for a refund or replacement. The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with or opened without authorized consent. Buyers should note that hemp-based products are subject to specific regulations and must comply with current quality standards.
9. Age Verification
Green Spirits enforces strict age verification for all orders. We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 18 and reserve the right to block accounts suspected of false information. By accepting these GTC, the Buyer confirms they are at least 18 years old. Any misrepresentation regarding age is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and may result in additional costs for any returns. Legal representatives of Buyers who place orders as minors will be held liable for any related penalties.
10. Duty to Inform
The Seller will continue to inform Buyers about the age requirement of 18 years to navigate and purchase on the site. Any breach of this obligation may result in legal consequences. Furthermore, Buyers must be made aware of the specific regulations governing hemp-based products, including THC content and their sale.
11. Fraudulent Activity
Providing false information regarding identity or age is a criminal offense in Switzerland. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of suspected identity fraud.
12. Limitation of Liability
Green Spirits is not liable for damages resulting from improper product usage, delivery delays, or other events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the purchase amount paid by the Buyer for the respective products. Buyers are reminded of their responsibility for complying with legal requirements related to their use of the products.
13. Amendments to Terms
Green Spirits reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any new terms will be published on the website and will apply to orders placed after their publication date. Users will be notified of such changes through a notification on the site.
14. Privacy Policy
For information on how we handle personal data, please consult our “Privacy Policy“. We ensure that our practices align with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where relevant.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. For any disputes arising from these GTC, the competent court shall be that of Cama, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
